	ConfiAd® premium 100% acrylic solid surfaces are ideal sheets for residential and commercial applications such as kitchen countertops, sinks, hospitals, schools, exhibitions, airport, and other areas where durable surfaces are needed. ConfiAd® solid surfaces are non-porous, hygienic, versatile, chemical/stain resistant, and easy to maintain/repair. With more than 70 colors and patterns, ConfiAd® solid surfaces are flexible in design and can be fabricated and installed in almost any application with invisible seams. It also comes with 10 years warranty.
20	Are ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces hygienic?
	Yes. ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces are non-porous sheets with non-penetrable seams not like other surface materials such as granite, marble, laminates, tiles and other similar products. This smooth surface property makes ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces easy to clean and makes dirt & germs cannot be accumulate. Moreover, the seamless joint provides a complete hygienic surface in case that ConfiAd® Sinks are fitted.
19	How do I care for ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces on a daily basis

18	How long will ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces last?
	ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces will last their unique colors and decors over 10 years with proper care and maintenance. Since ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces are renewable materials, they can be easily refinished and repair with 10 year limited warranty.
17	How do I repair a scratch or a cut?

16	Which type of finishing is available for ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces?
	ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces can be finished in your choice of matte, satin gloss and high gloss. Consult with your dealer or fabricator to choose the most suitable finishing option.
15	What could I do if I buffed the scratches and stains with a light duty scrubbing pad and the area is not glossy as the rest of the countertop.

If your ConfiAd® Solid Surface was installed in a matte finish, the basic rule of thumb is to only use a mild abrasive with a blue or green Scotch Brite® pad. If your ConfiAd® Solid Surface was installed in a high-gloss finish, stick with ammonia based glass cleaner like 409® and do not use any pad for high-gloss finish.
14	Will repairing or refinishing ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces alter the original color?
	No. ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces are homogenous meaning the color and material are consistent throughout.
13	Will ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces' color fade?
	No. ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces are not affected by the UV in natural light and will not fade. However, ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces are not intended for outdoor use due to the potential for extreme weather conditions and contaminants.
12	Can I place raw vegetables, meats or fish directly on ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces?
	Yes. ConfiAd® Solid Surfaces are nonporous material where bacteria and germs cannot be accumulated. Before prepairing the meal, always make sure the surface is clean with particular attention to areas where raw meats or fish have been placed. However, please keep in mind leaving food residue on the surface to air-dry can result in a stubborn stain.
