8	[Enhancers] If we want to intensify the color of the stone, which products can we apply?
	We recommend ConfiAd "Color Intensifier+" for fine ground stone and polished stone. ※ Before use, we recommend you to test ConfiAd "Color Intensifier+" on small area of the stone.
7	[Enhancers] Could we restore the faded color of stone?
	We recommend ConfiAd "Color Restorer" for unpolished, porous, and absorbent natural stone. "Color Restorer" has remarkable and discriminating 3 features in 1 porducts as below. 1) Color Restoring 2) Wet Effect 3) Stain Repellent Please refer to the video file (Click Here!!) of ConfiAd "Color Restorer". For fine ground stone and polished stone, you would better to apply ConfiAd "Color Intensifier+". ※ Before use, we recommend you to test ConfiAd "Color Restorer" on small area of the stone.
6	[Protectors] How could we protect the stone surface?
	Currently, we have 3 type of stone protectors as below. 1. ConfiAd "Stone Protec" - This is high quality anti-stain impregnator for maximum protection (Solvent based). Please refer to the video file (Click Here!!) of ConfiAd "Stone Protec". 2. ConfiAd "Stone Protec-Water Based" - This is high quality anti-stain impregnator for maximum protection (Water based). 3. ConfiAd "Stone Protec-lime stone" - This is more suitable for porous stones such as limestone, sandstone, terra cotta, and concrete . (Solvent based) Since these all 3 protectors are impregnators, they keep the natural stones to breathe without forming a surface layer.
5	[Polishers] Which products do you recommend for polishing faded marble surface?
	We strongly recommend ConfiAd eco-friendly "Polishing Cream for Natural Stone" with ConfiAd wool-felt pad. Please refer to the video file (Click Here!!) of "Polishing Cream for Natural Stone"
4	[Cleaners] Which products could we use if rust stain would not be removed although we applied ConfiAd "Rust Remover"?
	Please apply ConfiAd "Rust Remover" with ConfiAd "Poultice Powder". Refer to the video file (Click Here!!) of ConfiAd "Poultice Powder" with ConfiAd "Rust Remover". The "Poultice Powder" is designed to enhance the effectiveness of cleaners mixing with them.
3	[Cleaners] In case that the rust stain appears on the stone, which products do we need to apply?
	This depends on the type of the stones. 1. On the acid-sensitive stones such as marble and limestone. - Please use ConfiAd "Rust Remover (Gel)". 2. On the acid-resistant stones such as granite. - Please use ConfiAd "Rust Remover (Acid)".
2	[Cleaners] How could we remove the ingrained and very stubborn stain from the stones?
	Basically, you may use ConfiAd "Stone Cleaner" If you want more effective removal of the stain, you could apply ConfiAd "Stone Cleaner" with ConfiAd "Poultice Powder" for drawing out the ingrained stain from the stones.
1	[Cleaners] Which cleaning products can be used for removal of the stain on natural stones?
	For cleaning the general stain, you may use ConfiAd "Neutral Cleaner". For removing the stubborn stain, you would better to apply ConfiAd "Stone Cleaner".
