10	[Adhesives for NS] How do I use adhesives to result in seamless finish?
	Invisible seam is one of the most important factors in appearance of the final finished products. a. Always choose high quality adhesives and well matched color. Generally, poor quality adhesives will result in poor strength and poor seam appearance. High quality adhesives can even cover small mistakes made by unskilled workers. b. Select the right adhesive color from our color reference charts in “Color Match” in our web site. For the confirmation, please check the color refernce charts in web site with our staff. c. Use high quality surfacing products that are consistent in color. Color fluctuation of the surfacing sheets could give rise to the poor seam appearance.
9	[Adhesives for NS] I can’t find a right color match. What can I do?
	If you have a problem for finding the right color with the surfaces, please contact us with your concern and provide us with a sample of the surface product. ※ 100mm x 100mm surface product sample is preferred for the best color match test result. We will research the surfacing products and formulate a match color to fulfill your needs in 3~5days.
8	[Adhesives for NS] Where can I get color reference chart?
	All technical information and color references are available on our website, www.confiad.com under “Color Match”. There is detail information for both Natural Stones and Engineered Stones.
7	[Adhesives for NS] We can’t match the colors. What can you do?
	We have extensive experience in matching the right colors. We could supply adhesives that will perfectly match almost all surface colors produced by companies worldwide regardless of the company size. Our R&D center is composed of dedicated members and the head of R&D center has more than 40 years of experiences in color matching area. This enable us to supply over 1,000 colors producing continuously new colors. We kindly request you to send samples of the surface products for perfect color matching test. ※ 100mm x 100mm surface product sample is preferred for the best color match test result.
6	[Adhesives for NS] We prefer longer shelf life. How about yours?
	Longer shelf life is another main factor for consistent product quality and high bonding strength. To produce and maintain our products with longer shelf life than others, our R&D team continuously focuses on improving the properties. Normal estimated shelf life is 2 years. However, it lasts longer (approx. additional year) when stored in a refrigerator. In order to maintain longer shelf life, please follow the directions below. a. Keep them in the cool place (10~21℃). Elevated temperature reduces the shelf life significantly. b. Do not expose them to any direct sun light and moisture.
5	[Adhesives for NS] What is the cure time of ‘ConfiAd’?
	The followings are our standard cure time: - Working time : Approx. 8~10 minutes at 22℃ - Fixture time : Approx. 20~25 minutes at 22℃ However, we could customize our products to meet customers' required cure time. If faster cure adhesives are required for an automated product lines, we can formulate it up to 16 minutes cure time. Simply inform us of your required cure time when you place an order.

Longer shelf life. Normal estimated shelf life is 1 year. However, it last longer when stored in a refrigerator. c. Eco-friendly. All our products are phthalate-free. (Phthalate is a suspected endocrine disruptor and are restricted in European Union and some US states.). Moreover, since 2004, we have acquired ISO 14001, the environment management system. d. Excellent and consistent quality products. In a quality test conducted by an independent testing organization, our products have won 1^st place in all 6 quality testing categories among 6 major competitors. 	Based in Korea, Jin Gwang Industries Co., Ltd has been manufacturing adhesive products since year 2000. We began by supplying adhesive products as a private label under the name of “Staron Adhesives” to Samsung for their Staron solid surfaces line. We’ve been supplying our products to more than 70 countries under the label of ‘Staron’ and to more than 38 countries under our own label of ‘ConfiAd’ worldwide
